Vigillo Programs
A Vigillo Program is a comprehensive approach to a Risk Management topic.
Vigillo prompts Program participation and tracks Program completion by all relevant employees specified by role, location or group. The result is worry-free Risk Management.
Vigillo’s Programs are constantly growing to better manage risk due to three contributing factors:

Programs consist of five components
 Policy +
Setting policies is the first step in Risk Management. Vigillo tracks and documents that employees have read and accepted your policies. A Policy is a written statement detailing the company’s official stance on the topic at hand. Vigillo enforces a process of acknowledgement where employees read and declare their understanding and acceptance of the stated policy by electronic signature.
 Forms +
Forms provide a valuable channel for employees to communicate up the corporate ladder. While Programs are in general about communicating information to employees, Forms are the way employees communicate back. Forms carry business rules and logic to ensure the appropriate information is entered and routed to appropriate employees in your organization – or outside advisors if so selected.
 Training +
Use training to regularly reinforce company policy or outside State and Federal regulations. Training is an organized presentation of information relevant to the Program topic. Vigillo supports a wide spectrum of training formats including in-person courses, video trainings and online courseware training. Vigillo allows you to schedule, track and notify employees and managers about all training requirements.
 Assessment +
Assessments evaluate the effectiveness of training. Assessments are a critical component of a well-designed Program. Assessments can take whatever form is most appropriate for the Program, but will most often be true/false or multiple-choice quizzes. Assessments are useful for testing and documenting the understanding of material that employees have stated they understand, adding an additional layer of protection. Assessments can also be configured as employee surveys to “take the pulse” of your most valuable assets: people.
 Helpful Resources +
Review supplemental material from the Vigillo Expert Community or related organizations. This Program section includes informational material that may not require a signature or assessment, but does call for organized tracking, updating and filing. This can include anything you wish to add. Common examples include newsletters, RSS feeds and bulletins, video messages from management, PowerPoint presentations, slideshows, etc.
